To our client´s requirements we react without delay. We confirm taking over the requirement and suggest further steps:
1) Introductory phone call in order to clarify basic details of the demand,
2) Subsequent personal meeting (alternatively via Skype) in order to define the way of cooperation and strategy of the forthcoming project.

Simultaneously, we put together a suitable team that will work on the project and we allocate the team members their roles.

We work in line with detailed requirements

During our first personal meeting (alternatively via Skype) we speak with our client in detail about the demand itself and, also about the company – its story, vision, strategy, company culture and current internal affairs.

It helps us to find out as much as possible about our client´s needs; which experience, skills and knowledge of the future colleagues the client considers pivotal; which role the newcomers should play in the company´s structure and what makes this particular role attractive to them.

We are consultants

We are consultants and it is natural for us to share our knowledge of the job markets, regions and industries with our partners. We are able to compare regions, company cultures and remuneration systems. We help with the start and development of new investment projects.

We are able to work in accordance with one of our preferred suppliers as well as take on the role of a dominant or exclusive partner that takes over the complete accountability for the hiring process of the client.

We make use of a variety of sources

When recruiting suitable candidates, we make use of a combination of sources (Sourcing Mix) matching exactly the assignment. The basis can be an on-line campaigne including job portals and social networks. When searching for specialists or senior managers it is typical to focus on active sourcing of candidates or even opt for Executive Search as a mode of sourcing.

Each project, nevertheless, begins with the search in our internal database containing the profiles of more than 130.000 qualified specialists and managers.

We communicate and provide reports

We are transparent. Our clients and candidates get feedback in agreed-upon terms or regular intervals. We react to additional questions, clarify details and prevent misunderstandings.

Part of our project is a regular structured report showing our pipeline – how many candidates we have been in contact with, the source of the candidates, the name of presented candidates, the status of individual candidates, i.e. how successful they are in interviews with clients.

For our partners, we are ready to find a joint way even in situations when a seeming obstacle appears. We understand that every single situation has its own unique solution and, we also know that fast and competent reaction may bring a new source of candidates or thwart the as yet unsuccessful negotiation with an excellent candidate.
